MTR Graduate Program Overview
Commencing in February, this 2 year program will provide four-month rotations across key areas of the business including Trains and Systems, Construction, Systems Integration, and Engineering and Technical Support. Graduates will also have the opportunity to participate in a secondment opportunity with one of MTR’s entities in Australia or overseas.
Program Objectives
The program is designed to provide participants with the following opportunities.

Diverse Opportunities
Through rotational opportunities gain exposure to MTR’s global railway experience via an attachment to MTR HK or one of the major hubs outside of HK, or gain design consulting experience through our partnership with WSP.
